Order & payment

  • An order is only validated upon payment.
  • Production begins once discussions on the outfit are concluded and the required deposit has been received.

Production duration

Standard production takes 10–14 working days for corporate outfits unless otherwise stated.

Payment policy

For custom orders, an initial deposit of eighty percent (80%) is required before production commences, while the remaining balance must be paid before fittings or delivery. Orders placed through this website are paid in full at checkout.

Fittings & alterations

  • Adjustments are carried out only during fittings.
  • We do not accept external alterations or adjustments after production.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Clients are advised to confirm the current price before making any payment.

Measurements

We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by clients. However, we offer guidance and support in taking correct measurements through video calls.

Scope of services

Our services are strictly limited to the production of corporate and casual outfits. We do not make aso ebi dresses.
