Every Quinn Jo piece is made to your measurements, so please read how production, delivery, fittings and alterations work before you order.

Production time

  • Corporate outfits: 10–14 working days.
  • Casual outfits: 5–10 working days.
  • Production starts once your order is confirmed and payment received.

Delivery

Delivery takes 2–5 working days after production. Expect your order 14–18 days after it is placed.

International prices are charged in US Dollars. Customers outside Nigeria may be charged customs duties on orders above a certain value; these are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. Fees for orders of six or more items are quoted on request — WhatsApp us.

What we need from you

  • House number and street address
  • City and state / region
  • A phone number the courier can reach you on
  • Your height and any specific measurements (requested at checkout)

Fittings & alterations

  • Adjustments are carried out during fittings at our studio (by appointment).
  • We do not accept external alterations or adjustments after production.
  • We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client. We offer guidance and support in taking correct measurements through video calls — please use it.

Returns

Because each piece is cut and sewn to your personal measurements, made-to-measure orders cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or info@thequinnjo.com with photos and we will make it right.
