What we collect

Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, and the items you order.
Fit details: your height, any measurements or fit notes you give us, and — if you choose to upload one — a full-length photo. These are used solely to tailor your order and are visible only to our tailoring team.
Payment: payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave. We never see or store your full card details.
Account: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe (managed through Mailchimp; unsubscribe at any time).
Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
Technical data: your approximate location (from your IP address) to show prices in the right currency, and standard cookies that keep your cart and preferences working.

How we use it

To make, deliver and support your order, including fittings and alterations.
To contact you about your order, measurement sessions or enquiries.
To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed.
To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave), our couriers (GIG Logistics in Nigeria, DHL Express internationally), our email/newsletter provider (Mailchimp) and our website hosting provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Fit photos are kept only while needed to complete and support your order and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing, at any time. Email info@thequinnjo.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (cart, checkout, currency, login) and to remember your preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the shop may stop working.
